I had neglected my teeth for all the usual reasons for many years. In conversation one day, someone had recommended Great Pond Dental to me, and I am so thankful they did, I'm writing this review to help someone else who may be in the same situation I was. I love this office, Dr Inna along with her team, Jillian and Liz, are very kind, caring, and professional, they couldn't have made me feel more comfortable, Even little Frankie, office mascot, is a joy. As soon as you walk in you can't help but notice how the office shines from floor to ceiling, going to the dentist is now a pleasure and not something to dread like the days of old, so whether you have neglected your teeth like me, or just want a fresh start, give Great Pond Dental a call, you will be glad you did!
I like many people, have never been a fan of going to the dentist, until Great Pond. Professionally they are very thorough, diligent, and transparent about all aspects of the experience. Dr Inna is excellent at shared decision making and provides really helpful perspective on her recommendations with a very practical lens of what needs to be done and any other considerations. She is thoughtful about planning, including the little things like how long it will take/etc. Jillian is similarly excellent, technically she is excellent, cleanings have always been (dare I say it) pleasant and fast, never painful. They are super helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of insurance/coverage/etc and really do do it all.As dental professionals they are exceptional and their patient experience is wonderful. However, they do surpass that with the experience of who they are as people. They are genuinely amazing humans who are caring, funny, and get to know you. While the dental care alone is worth coming, the personal experience they offer is the reason I will never go anywhere else (&need to be cautious about timing my cleanings because we laugh so much I often run over). The absolute best experience, all around.
My husband and I are long-time patients of this dental office, starting with Dr. Dexter when we were children; progressing to Dr. Denley, when Dr. Dexter retired; and now with Dr. Inna when Dr. Denley retired. We have always been extremely comfortable and happy with the dental care Dr. Inna and her assistants (Jillian and Liz) have afforded us no matter what the need has been and find all to be friendly and caring.
This is the best dental practice in the North Shore! Dr. Inna and her team take so much effort to make sure that each patient has the best care and a great dental experience. I can’t recommend Great Pond Dental enough!

I can't recommend Great Pond Dental enough! Dr. Inna and dental hygienist, Jillian, are very practical with their recommendations and advice and clearly care deeply for their patients. I've had some difficult teeth and have felt very taken care of as they got my teeth sorted out. The team brings a joy and levity which makes it the first time I haven't dreaded going to the dentist. I've been a patient since Dr. Ina opened her practice. The staff is both professional and courteous. From a routine cleaning to crowns I feel I'm getting the best treatment possible. Great Pond Dental is the best. The office is immaculate and has state of the art equipment and never compromises by using inferior products, Dr Inna is great she is always concerned for my comfort and care while doing any type of procedure. I work full time and appreciate the hours that accomodate my schedule. (not easy to find at other dental offices). The staff is very knowledgeable, they can answer any questions or concerns and always willing to listen and offer advise. I never feel rushed or that I am just a "number". I highly recommend Great Pond Dental you will not be disappointed with the professionalism and care you receive from this office. The warmth and humor of Dr. Inna and her staff is an added bonus!

I had my 1st visit this morning to GPD and was very impressed. Not only was the staff so friendly and professional. Jillian who cleaned my teeth was amazing, the best hygienist that I have ever had, gentle but thorough.
